Responsible for the management and coordination of all departments within the Rooms Division. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate the services given to our internal and external guests. Lead the team to strive for the perfection in order to comply with the brand standard and exceed the guests’ expectations. Deliver unique experiences and coach the colleagues to create amazing experiences and everlasting memories for our guests. Drive for the financial result.

Guest satisfaction 宾客满意度
1. Audit colleague’s adherence to Resort policies and procedures; follow up with designated personnel where needed
审查团队成员对度假酒店的规章制度的信守度,如若需要则与指定人员跟进
2. Monitor the colleague’s interaction with guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service; resolve discrepancies with respective personnel
监督同事的对客服务,要求服务及时到位并彬彬有礼,如与要求不符则要跟相应人员交涉解决
3. Encourage positive guest relations at all times
任何时候都要鼓励积极正面的对客关系
4. Observe guest reactions and share with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction
观察客人的举止反应并及时与同事分享从而确保宾客的满意度
5. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
预测宾客的需求,及时答复并回应所有客人
6. Monitor and handle guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction
监管并处理客人反馈,确保宾客满意度

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly Rooms Division financial forecasts
准备房务部的月度、季度、年度财务预测
2. Prepare annual CAPEX
准备年度固定资产支出计划
3. Monitor monthly status of all accrual categories
监督每月所有类别的自然增长情况
4. Monitor the effectiveness of implementing corporate guides
监督总部下达指示的执行效力
5. Assist in any Rooms Division inventories
协助房务部的种种库存盘点
6. Manage the cost control and drive for the financial result

1. Provide training, development, professional discipline and positive support for all management personnel to ensure qualitative standards and growth for both the individual and the operation

2. Administer quarterly performance evaluations for all managers
做好季度管理级别经理的工作表现评估
3. Establish and maintain quality recognition programs within the division

4. Mentor and train the top performers in the team to the next level

5. Inspect the grooming and attire of colleagues; rectify any deficiencies
检查同事的仪容仪表和着装,不符合标准者及时改正
6. Provide feedback to all colleagues on their performance. Handle disciplinary feedback and counsel colleagues and managers according to Resort standards
为同事们的工作表现给予反馈,根据度假酒店的标准对于违反规章制度者给予指正和忠告

1. Assist in the development of new marketing ideas within the division
