TheRole岗位职责：
1. Ensure that the quality levels of administration are maintained atits highest level at all times.
确保始终保持高标准高质量的行政管理水平
2. Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and grooming at alltimes following the standard given.
根据既定标准维护高水平个人卫生及仪容仪表
3. Practice proper telephone etiquette with colleagues and Resort’sguests.
对团队成员以及酒店客人使用良好的电话礼仪
4. Ensure that proper channels of communication are used andinformation is disseminated to the correct receivers.
确保使用合适的沟通渠道并将信息传递给正确的接收人
5. Attend the daily Food & Beverage briefings, take Minutes andshare it with the respective Managers accordingly.
参加每日餐饮部会议，制作会议记录并分享给相关经理
