Position Overview：
职位描述：
Performall tasks and responsibilities related to orchestrating and producing animmaculate clean resort for our guest and colleagues.  The Housekeeping Team Leader supervise, trainand inspect the performance of Housekeeping Attendants, Turndown Attendants andHouseman, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the resort operatingstandards.  Assist other areas in thedepartment where necessary to ensure optimum quality service to guests andcolleagues.  Promote a positive andfriendly environment in the department.
通过做好所有的任务和相关职责，为我们的客人和同事精心打造一个一尘不染的度假酒店。客房部主管指导、培训和检查客房服务员、开夜床服务员和后勤服务员的工作，确保所有的工作流程都是按照酒店的运营标准完成。如有需要，则要协助部门其它区域的工作，从而达到最佳的对客和同事的服务。在部门推动建立一个正面积极而又友善的工作环境。
The Role：

1.     Verify room status, report discrepant rooms;prioritize and update status of checkout rooms
核实房态，上报差异房；优先更新退房的房态
2.     Ensure that assigned colleague has reported towork; document any late or absent colleagues
确保排了班的同事按时到岗，记录迟到或缺席的同事

3.     Prepare and distribute assignment sheets toassigned colleague and review priorities
准备并给同事分配工作安排表并回顾工作重点
4.     Assign designated guest room keys and phones
分配指定的房卡和电话
5.     Communicate additions or changes to theassignment sheets as they arise throughout the shift. 
在整个当班过程中对于附加的工作进行沟通并更改工作安排
6.     Check Room Attendant's carts for propersupplies, neatness, cleanliness and mechanical problems. 
检查客房服务员的工作车，清洁用品是否正确、是否摆放整齐，是否有机械问题
7.     Update room status after approving cleanlinessand condition in accordance with departmental standards
在根据部门规定的标准查房后更新房态
8.     Check Do Not Disturb rooms in accordance withresort procedures and verify status
根据度假酒店的程序检查免打扰房间并核实状态
9.     Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.Contact Engineering directly for urgent repairs
完成工程单的申请流程，对于紧急的维修需要直接联系工程部
10.  Performs otherduties as assigned by Director of Housekeeping
完成客房部总监分配的其它任务

Education 学历:  High School and above高中学历以上
Experience 经验: 1 year related workingexperiences is expected. 一年相关工作经验
