Position Overview

Responsible for all incoming and outgoing telephone communication within Resort. Answer the telephone in a courteous manner, personalize every interaction to create everlasting memories for our guests
负责应答度假酒店的所有来电和呼出电话。应答时彬彬有礼，与客人交流时尽可能为其提供个性化服务，从而创造难忘的回忆。
 
The Role
岗位职责

Answer telephone within 3 rings, using correct telephone etiquette.
 在来电三声之内接起电话，使用正确的电话礼仪
 Keep alert to special events and functions.
 对特殊的会议和活动要格外注意
 Always be briefed and updated on important information of Resort.
知晓关于度假酒店的重要信息并实时更新
 Fill in Action Log Sheet clearly and must do timely follow up when receiving guest request.
 清楚地填写当班记录并且及时跟进客人提出的要求
 Give guests and colleagues most up to date telephone information when asked.
 为客人和同事提供及时更新的电话通讯簿
 Review the F&B promotions report daily and be ready to make suggestions to the guest.
 仔细回顾每日餐饮促销，从而能够为客人提供就餐建议
 Knowledgeable of In-Room Dining menu, be able to proficiently take orders and make recommendations.
 熟悉客房送餐的菜单，能够熟练地为客人点单并推荐菜品
