The Role岗位职责：
Prepare and maintain files,reports, letters, memos and other relevant training records.
准备并保存文件、报告、信函、备忘录和其余相关的培训记录。
Assist with the planning and comprehensive coordination of basic training programs.
协助计划及协调基础培训，确保沟通过程流程及到位。
Implement training function and conduct training programs which are certified by Director, L&D.
经学习与发展总监认证，开展部分培训课程。
Assist in the selection of Departmental Trainers, then trains and develops them through ongoing workshops and monthly Learning Coaches Meeting.
协助进行部门培训师的选拔，并协助对其进行专业的培训课程及开展每月学习教练会议等的培训。Deliver professional designated English programme that is tailored for specific needs of the job function performed.
开展专业设定的英语课程，以满足工作职能的特定需求。

Experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage

2 years related working experiences is expected
