Greet the guest and fellow team members in a warm way, try best to answer inquiry and provide help whenever and wherever encounter them in the hotel, own the problems and take initiative to follow up accordingly, regardless of positions and levels.
不论职位和级别,在酒店内无论何时何地遇到客人或同事,都热情地招呼,为其解答问题、提供服务,承担责任解决问题,主动采取行动并积极跟进落实。
Prevent and resolve grievances.
避免和调解抱怨。
Counsel staff and prevent work related problems.
与员工沟通避免与工作相关的矛盾。
Resolve disputes.
解决争端。
Discipline staff when necessary.
约束员工遵守纪律。
Check PA associate’s grooming, personal hygiene and appearance.
检查PA员工的仪表,个人卫生和形象。
Assist with the preparation of associate duty rosters.
协助准备员工排班表。
Provide ongoing advice and support to associate under your supervision.
给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持。
Supervise associate performance.
指导员工表现。
Provide one to one instruction to associate members when required.
必要时对员工进行个别面对面指导。
Deliver high quality service to guests.
提供高品质的对客服务。
Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
确保客人需求与合理的要求被满足。
Trains new and existing staff consistently.
对新员工和现有员工不断进行培训。
Ensures that supplies for Public Area are replenished timely and that regulations of the department and hotel are being followed.
确保本部门的供应能及时补充到位,部门和酒店的规章制度都能遵守。
Checks so associates are neat and well presented at all times. Proper usage of chemical with minimum wastage.
员工能够正确使用化学药品, 尽可能减少浪费。
Responsible for strict key control.
负责钥匙的控制。
Schedules and supervises the scrubbing and shampoo of carpet /upholstery in his areas of responsibilities.
计划和监督员工定期清洗完成分管区域的地毯。
Inspect the public area regularly during shift.
每日巡查公共区域。
Ensure the flowers and plants in good conditions, report to Executive Housekeeper if find any problems and inform the supplier to change it in time.
负责鲜花和植物的状态良好,如需更换,报告行政管家通知花房更换。
Maintains daily public area logbook, sign out and hand-over to following Shiftleader.
填写好每日公共区域记事本, 下班签离并同下一班主管交班。
Assumes other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
完成行政管家分配的其它工作。
