【岗位职责】

1、负责根据标准配方调制各类鸡尾酒、饮品，确保出品质量稳定且符合酒店标准；

2、熟练掌握酒水知识，为客人提供专业的酒水推荐及搭配建议，提升客户体验；

3、维护酒吧区域清洁卫生，确保工作环境整洁、设备完好，符合食品安全及卫生标准；

4、管理酒吧库存，定期盘点酒水及物料，控制成本并减少浪费；

5、协助制定季节性酒水菜单，参与新品研发及推广活动；

6、处理客人投诉或特殊需求，提供及时、友好的服务，维护酒店品牌形象；

7、遵守酒店规章制度及操作流程，确保工作安全高效。

【岗位要求】

1、具备基础的调酒技能，熟悉常见鸡尾酒配方及调制方法，有相关培训或经验者优先；

2、了解酒水知识，包括各类烈酒、葡萄酒、啤酒及无酒精饮品的特性及服务标准；

3、具备良好的沟通能力及服务意识，能够与客人及团队成员有效协作；

4、注重细节，责任心强，能在高强度工作环境下保持高效与专注；

5、身体健康，能够适应轮班制工作（含夜班及节假日）；

6、有国际联号酒店或高端餐饮酒吧工作经验。
