岗位职责：

1.当进行所有采购时遵循酒店的采购政策和程序；

2.从供应商获取三家具有竞争力的价格以使酒店成本最小化；

3.对任何所需物品与供应商，代表面谈并获得所需的信息，规格，报价，并处理随后对采购的沟通和协商；

4.向供应商下定单以确保及时送货以满足酒店需求并跟踪未完成的定单以确保满足运营需要；

5.为采购定单选价并决定合适的供应商以获得最佳质量和价格；

6.进行市场调查以了解市场趋势和价格浮动；

7.定期检查合同供应商以确保其价格仍有竞争力。通过定期调查其他酒店运营供应商的价格清单,保持对竞争者的相似产品的了解；

8.分析市场趋势以预见可能的价格波动，以达到维持长期或短期的库存；

9.确保所有文件（采购订单，发票，送货单等）及时转送给应付账款员；

岗位要求：

1.至少2年作为采购文员的工作经验

2.基本掌握计算机技能

3.具有领导，指导和发展员工的能力

4.了解采购物品的知识

5.良好的书面和口头英语

6.以有相关职位经验为优

7.具有策略性、创造性及灵活性

8.工作时间灵活
