职位描述

In order to achieve the business goals, assist L&D manager/DOHR in delivering market-leading training practices consistent with Corporate, Brand and Regional Human Resources policies. In particular: Keep high level of individual performance; Keep high level of guest and talent satisfaction.

旨在实现生意目标，协助开展符合集团、品牌和区域人力资源政策的市场导向的培训项目和活动。特别是：保持高水准的个人表现；保持客人和员工的高满意度。

Liaise with HR team to develop effective annual training plan which meets the needs of Talents, assisting W Shanghai to achieve its goals, as outlined in PMP, Talent Review and Career Development Plan.

协同人力资源团队，有效制定年度培训计划以满足员工（体现在PMP，人才考核和职业发展计划中）的需求，最终实现上海W酒店的生意目标。

Develop, source and conduct training courses by calendar. Host customized training or initiatives to meet hotel business requirements.
开展，整合资源并讲授日历中的培训课程，组织满足酒店需求的定制化培训或活动。

To analyze training needs of hotel in general and individual departments.

分析酒店整体和独立部门的培训需求。

To build up culture in line with corporate culture.

建立与集团相一致的文化。
