职位描述

Responsible forassisting Manager and Assistant Manager inthe supervision of restaurant daily operations in orderto meet andexceed customer needs andbusiness requirements, while ensuring adherence toservice standards and operating procedures.

负责协助经理及副经理监督餐厅日常作息，以满足并超越客户及业务需求，并同时确保标准的服务流程。

Supervise and inspect restaurantopening and close duties.

监督、检查餐厅开放和关闭工作。

Provide coachingand conducttraining for all reportingTalent to ensure that service standardsare followed.

训练新人、辅导培训以确保高水准的服务品质。

Take ordersfor and serve all food and beverage requestsusing suggestiveselling techniques.

提供高品质的餐饮服务，有效运用建议销售促进收益。

Demonstration Whatever/Whenever attitudewhen respondingto guest request.
