职位描述

To create guest loyalty through preparation andmanagement of WHO guests. To guarantee their seamless arrival by organizingpre-arrival engagements such as room inspection, transportation arrangements,amenity and special request setup.

通过管理VIP创造客户忠诚度。确保客人抵达之前进行房间检查，交通工具安排，欢迎物品和特殊要求的布置。

To personally welcome all WHO guests and create WOW moments by communicating guests’ exclusive requirements efficiently to all involved departments.

亲自欢迎所有VIP，与其他部门协作并且为客人创造超出期望的回忆。

Being present inthe Living Room and ready to offer insider information to all inquiries. Ensuring thatevery guest receives a warm welcome and looking for WOW experience opportunities.

在W潮堂巡视，客人需要时提供帮助。确保热情欢迎每一位客人，不断寻找超出期望的对客服务。

EmpoweringWelcome Relations Agents in anticipating guests’ needs and offering in-housepromotions, events, city information and insider tips.
