Be mainly responsible for night shift duty and emergency production of the hotel western kitchen. Skillfully prepare western light meals, salads, grilled dishes, snacks, room service and other products to ensure stable serving speed, taste and presentation; Handle temporary night orders and additional meals at the station in strict accordance with standard operating procedures. 
主要负责酒店西餐厨房夜间值守及应急出品工作，熟练完成西餐简餐、沙拉、扒类、小食、客房送餐等品类制作出品，保证出餐速度、口感及品相稳定；负责夜间临时点餐、加餐等档口基础出品工作，严格按照标准操作。
Complete pre-shift preparation for the night shift. Sort out ingredients, seasonings and materials in advance based on the next day’s operation requirements; Finish station closing, thorough cleaning, material sorting and pre-preparation for the next day after night service. 
负责岗位夜间收尾备餐工作，根据次日营运需求提前整理食材、配料、物料；夜间收餐后做好岗位收尾、深度卫生清洁、物资归位及次日餐前备料工作。
Strictly abide by food safety, kitchen hygiene and fire safety regulations. Properly store ingredients under refrigeration and manage leftover food. Keep workstations, equipment and assigned areas clean and tidy, clean and put away kitchenware, perform routine equipment maintenance, and inspect water, electricity and gas valves for safety. 
严格遵守食品安全、厨房卫生及消防安全制度，做好食材冷藏存放、剩余食材管控，保持操作台、设备及责任区域干净整洁，做好厨具清洁、归位及设备日常保养，检查水、电、气阀门安全。
Cooperate with the overall kitchen scheduling and work arrangement, hand over work smoothly between night shift and morning shift, and actively assist the team with daily operation support. 
配合厨房整体排班与工作安排，做好夜班与早班交接，主动协助团队完成日常营运辅助工作。
Relevant working experience in western kitchen is required, familiar with basic station operation. Hard-working, obedient to management, positive in learning, and able to quickly adapt to night shift. 
要求具备西餐厨房相关工作经验，熟悉基础档口操作；工作踏实肯干、吃苦耐劳，服从管理，学习态度积极，能快速适配夜班岗位工作。
