职位描述

Use designated phone to add and maintain high value customers, push new dishes, promotions, and greetings on public holidays according to hotel needs.

使用指定手机,添加维护优质客户,根据酒店需要向他们推送酒店新菜肴、各类促销活动及逢年过节拜会等。

Collect customer feedback on food and service; Discuss and exchange guest feedback with chef and restaurant supervisor in order to improve the quality of dishes and service.

在客人用餐过程中,收集客人对菜品及服务的反馈意见;与厨师长和餐厅主管讨论交流客人的反馈,以便更好的提升菜肴及服务水平。

Handle customer complaint and track the feedback of social media, any major complaints on social media must reply in 24 hours. Score of social media need above 4.5(Meituan,dazhongdianping) and get 10 good comments for each week.

处理客人投诉并且追踪网络评论,网络上任何严重的投诉必须在24小时内进行回复,美团,大众点评的分数必须维持在4.5分以上,并且每周至少10个好评。

Answer all incoming calls with a smile and using the standard guideline.

Co-ordinate meetings on upcoming promotions to set the direction for each outlet.

Assists in the coordination and implementation of all F&B printed materials including the hotels newsletters, posters, flyers, email marketing as well as other promotional collateral.
