岗位职责
1、参加西餐厅例会，每天召开餐前会，安排当日工作重点，及时传达上级指示，巡视、监督、检查西餐厅所属员工的各项工作。
2、按工作程序做好与各西餐餐厅及厨房、饮料部关系，及时对部门间争议提出界定要求
3、搞好客人关系，处理顾客投诉。
4、定期向西餐餐厅经理述职，及时解决下级工作争议，关心西餐厅所属员工的思想、工作和生活
岗位要求
1、西餐厅行业两年以上从业经历优先。
2、具备相关的管理经验、管理能力、英语对话能力。
3、热爱酒店行业，有工作责任心。
语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-熟练年龄要求：22-30岁
