岗位职责：
1、为客户耐心的提供咨询服务信息；
2、处理轻微客户投诉；
3、详细记录客户来电的信息，为客户提供快速、准确与专业的咨询服务；4、全面掌握服务中心的各项职责,如处理来电和拨出电话为达到客人的满意；
5、协助经理管理部门。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上文化程度，1年以上相关工作经验。
2、有较强的语言能力，能用一种以上外语进行对客服务，国语标准流利。
3、具有独立处理业务的能力，有良好的电话沟通技巧和服务意识； 能熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等相关办公软件。
