工作职责：
1. 负责公司人力资源日常管理工作，包括招聘、培训、绩效考核、员工关系等模块的组织实施与优化。
2. 协助制定并完善人力资源相关制度和流程，推动人力资源管理体系的规范化建设。
3. 组织开展岗位分析与人员配置，编制招聘计划，实施招聘活动，确保人才供给满足业务发展需求。
4. 负责新员工入职、试用期管理及劳动合同签订等相关手续办理，维护员工档案信息。
5. 协助开展绩效考核工作，跟进绩效评估流程，提供数据支持与改进建议。
6. 处理员工日常咨询与劳动关系事务，协调解决员工问题，促进和谐劳动关系建立。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉人力资源各模块基本操作流程。
3. 熟悉国家劳动法律法规及相关政策，具备良好的合规意识。
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、责任心和服务意识，能够独立处理日常人事事务。
5. 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的文档处理和数据分析能力。
