工作职责：
1. 负责中餐厅的整体运营和管理，确保餐厅日常运作顺畅，包括员工排班、物资采购、库存管理等。
2. 监督餐厅的服务质量，确保顾客得到优质、高效的服务体验，处理顾客投诉，提升顾客满意度。
3. 制定并执行餐厅的营销策略和促销活动，提升餐厅知名度和客流量。
4. 管理和培训餐厅员工，包括新员工入职培训、在职员工技能提升培训等，打造高效、专业的服务团队。
5. 监控餐厅的财务状况，包括收入、成本、利润等，制定合理的预算和财务计划。
6. 维护与供应商、合作伙伴的良好关系，确保食材、设备等物资的及时供应和质量保障。
7. 关注行业动态和市场趋势，及时调整餐厅的经营策略，以适应市场变化。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上中餐厅管理或相关工作经验，熟悉餐厅运营流程和管理规范。
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能够有效地管理餐厅员工和资源。
4. 具备较强的沟通能力和顾客服务意识，能够处理顾客投诉和提升顾客满意度。
5. 具备一定的财务知识和预算编制能力，能够监控餐厅的财务状况并制定合理的财务计划。
6. 工作认真负责，具有强烈的责任心和敬业精神，能够承受较大的工作压力。
7. 具备良好的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和技能，适应市场变化。
