工作职责：1. 协助厨房日常管理，包括但不限于人员调度、食材采购计划制定及监督执行。2. 负责监控菜品质量，确保所有出品符合餐厅标准，定期收集顾客反馈并据此调整菜单或改进烹饪方法。3. 参与新菜品的研发与测试，与厨师团队紧密合作，提升餐厅的菜品创新力与竞争力。4. 监督厨房卫生与安全标准执行，确保所有操作符合食品安全法规及餐厅内部规定。5. 管理厨房库存，包括食材、调料及厨房用品的进出库记录，有效控制成本，减少浪费。6. 培训并指导下属厨师及厨房工作人员，提升团队整体技能水平与工作效率。7. 承担起厨房运营的主要责任，确保厨房工作顺利进行。任职资格：1. 拥有大专学历，烹饪、酒店管理或相关专业背景优先。2. 至少2年厨房管理工作经验，熟悉厨房运作流程及食品安全标准。3. 具备良好的菜品质量控制能力，对食材有深刻理解，能创新菜品。4. 优秀的团队管理与沟通协调能力，能有效激励团队成员，解决工作中的问题。5. 强烈的责任心与敬业精神，能够在快节奏环境中高效工作，适应灵活的工作时间安排。6. 持有有效的健康证明，无不良职业记录。7. 熟练掌握电脑基本操作，能够使用办公软件进行文档处理与数据管理。
