Locates and attaches appropriate file correspondence to be answered by Director of Engineering.

打印、归档并保存所有部门的机密事项。
Types, file, and upkeeps all private and confidential matters related to the department.

建立系统而高效的文档系统，能够快捷的查找到文件和电子档。
Sets up a systematic and efficient filing system, both for hard files as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval.  

严格依照申领程序，办理工程部库房领取手续。.
Strictly adhere to application procedure to transact procedure for store applying of Engineering.

妥善保管工程部库存材料。
Keep store materials of Engineering safe.

及时补充工程部库存材料，确保有充足的材料支持营运需要。 Supply store materials of Engineering in time, ensuring enough materials to meet operation need.

配合财务部按时进行盘点。 并对盘点差异进行详细的说明。
Cooperates with Finance to make an inventory on time and gives detailed explanations to difference of the inventory.

保存工程部储藏室的物资存货充足，并严格控制其使用。
Keeps adequate stock of Engineering storeroom and strictly control the use.

良好的计算机知识，特别是 MS Office 和电子邮件的应用/最少两年酒店或大公司秘书或资深文员工作经验。
Well-developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and email /· Minimum 2 years work experience as a secretary or Senior Clerk in a hotel or big company
