管理酒店所有销售品牌接触，加强和维持酒店的品牌的正确定位和理念，确保按照既定的酒店年度商业计划中的要求执行。
Manages all the hotel sales brand contacts, enforces and maintains thehotel’s brand positioning and concept, agreed upon in the hotel’s AnnualBusiness Plan. 
协助编制、使用和更新年度销售和推广计划。
Assists to prepare, utilise and update an Annual Sales and AdvertisingPlan.
实施酒店所有销售战略、策略和活动，在酒店内创建一个高效自律的销售团队从而实现既定的销售目标。
Manage all sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations, in orderto create a strong and disciplined hotel wide team that achieves set salesgoals.
不断监督和评估本地、国内和国际在线预定网络（如携程和Hotel.com）以及竞争对手的销售活动，以确保酒店的销售保持竞争力和优势。
Constantly monitors and evaluates local, national and international online reservation sites like C-Trip and Hotels.com, and the competitor hotels’sales initiatives, in order to make sure the hotel’s sales remain competitiveand cutting edge.
管理所有客户和团队，并根据销售客户分析对他们进行评估，另外还要制订定价和控房策略，并及时知会总经理。
Manages all accounts and groups, evaluates them based on sales accountanalysis and develops strategies for pricing, inventory, keeping the GeneralManager updated at all times.
积极参加收益和战略会议，制订和调整销售和定价策略。
Actively participates in yield and strategic meetings, developing andadjusting sales and pricing strategy.
指导和协调酒店内的所有销售活动和信息的沟通。
Directs and coordinates all selling activities and communicates theseactivities throughout the hotel.
协助总经理对销售活动的有效性进行审查和评估，并在必要时进行调整，确保实现或超越年度商业计划中规定的目标。
Assists the General Manager to review and evaluate the effectiveness ofselling activities and adjust as necessary to achieve or exceed the objectivesas outlined in the Annual Business Plan.

Be aware of community, business, political and social factors that mayaffect the hotel’s financial performance.
保证每周都对空余房间和会议室进行审查，并制定在低入住率期间的销售策略。
Ensures room and meeting space inventories are reviewed weekly andstrategies are formulated to fill low occupancy periods.
确保所有销售计划、宣传册、电子工具和其它销售信息都符合酒店和凯悦的品牌标准，且信息都是最新的。
