1.    To ensure that new associates are properly inducted into the hotel by scheduling and conducting orientation.

2.    To ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and recorded for all training activities.

3.    To monitor the progress of new hire associates ensuring they receive sufficient training to pass probation taking corrective action where necessary.

4.    To monitor the progress of all associates on specific training and development programmes, assessing their progress and providing frequent opportunities for feedback.

5.    To document and present Training program results on a monthly basis.

6.    To follow up with Department Heads on the preparation and execution of monthly training plans.

7.    To schedule and conduct hotel training programs as directed by the Training Manager.

8.    To assist the Training Manager with the development of training programmes, objectives and schedules.  协助培训经理改进培训项目、目标和计划。
9.    To assist the Training Manager with the preparation, monitoring and controlling of the training budget.

10.  To monitor and control the use of the hotel’s training facilities and equipment. 
监督和控制酒店培训设施器材的使用。
11.  To help co-ordinate and plan hotel social and sporting activities.
协助协调和计划酒店的社会活动和体育活动。
12.  To assist with updating all staff notice boards. 
协助更新员工宣传栏。
13. Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with
     hotel colleagues.
有效地建立并维护酒店员工的良好关系，从而增强酒店的团队精神
14. Performs any additional duties as directed by the Training Manager.
完成培训经理委派的其他工作
15. Stays current with developments in the field of Training, and makes appropriate suggestions
    and recommendations to the Training Manager.
在培训方面不断创新发展，并向培训经理做出合适的意见或建议。
16. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
熟悉酒店的健康、安全标准，火灾和紧急情况的应急预案
5. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.
保持高标准的个人卫生，着装、制服标准和行为举止
17. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
任何情况下都应保持礼貌和专业，尤其是当个人代表酒店形象和名誉时
18. Attends meetings and training as required by the Training Manager.
参加培训经理要求的所有会议和培训
19. Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local Law.
