【岗位职责】
1、 全面负责公司公寓项目的管理工作，向分管高层汇报管理状况。
2、负债部门队伍建设及人才储备；执行公正、公平、公开的工资考核方案。
3、负责组织、实施及督导部门sop标准完善及执行落地。
4、负责指导各店长与社会职能部门之间的协调和沟通创造良好的经营环境。
5、负责及时妥善处理门店突发事件，维护品牌形象。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，专业不限。
2、有酒店、公寓、连锁门店运营管理经验者优先。
3、逻辑清晰，有条理，执行力强。
4、熟练使用办公软件，有较强的方案制作和展现能力。
