岗位职责
1. 负责酒店客房及宴会场地等业务线的收益数据收集、整理与分析，定期生成收益报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持。
2. 持续跟踪市场动态及主要竞争对手价格策略，进行竞争定价分析，识别潜在收益增长机会，提出优化建议。
3. 协助制定并执行客房定价策略及散客与团体的库存分配方案，确保房间库存和功能场地资源被合理分配与管控，以最大化酒店总收益。
4. 与销售策略团队及市场销售负责人紧密协作，参与销售策略会议的准备与资料整理，确保酒店销售策略在预订与库存系统中有效落地。
5. 负责收益管理系统的数据维护与参数配置，包括价格门槛设置、需求监测、日常系统检查等。
6. 与市场销售部、房务部及财务团队等酒店各部门保持有效沟通与协作，确保收益策略得以高效执行，共同推动酒店整体收益目标的达成。
7. 在直属领导下完成各项收益管理相关工作；根据酒店运营需要协助非直接隶属团队完成临时性任务，践行万豪“服务他人”的文化，提升整体协作效率。
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历优先。
2. 有收益管理、预订部或市场销售等酒店相关工作经验者优先；应届毕业生若具备扎实的数据分析能力和良好学习能力亦可考虑。
3. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等办公软件，对数字敏感，能独立完成数据提取、分析与报告工作。
4. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
5. 逻辑思维清晰，具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能与多部门高效合作；工作细致认真，有较强的责任心和抗压能力。
6. 具备良好的职业操守。诚实正直，基于数据客观分析并敢于勇敢发声，积极为团队贡献专业意见，助力收益决策优化与突破
