1、制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件。
2、审批所有采购申请单、定货单。
3、根据酒店需求与市场供应审定价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商，确定供应关系。
4、负责与厂商进行大宗商品定货的主要业务谈判，审查所有合同及其他业务和约的执行和落实。
5、负责组织市场调查研究，及时酒店提供市场信息，指导下属按计划完成酒店的各类采购任务，并在预算内尽量做到降低成本、节省开支。
