Analyze training needs of the hotel in general and individualdepartments, and develop strategies which address needs, presenting in the formof a Training Business Plan for the General Manager and Executive Committee forreview

分析酒店整体的和各部门的培训需求,针对需求制定策略,用培训业务计划书的形式呈交给总经理和行政委员会审阅。

Familiarize yourself with the IHG HR and Training Standards,localizing where necessary

使自己了解洲际酒店集团人力资源和培训的规范,必要之处进行本地化处理。

Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for eachdepartment tot ensure that the training objectives are being achieved

Maintains all hotel training records

Establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audiovisual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staffpersonal development

Design, produce and implement training programmes which meetspecific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring thattraining session plans are structured and that training is effective

Attend departmental training session and critique performance

Assist Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmentaltraining and assess accordingly

Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assistwith the conduct of training programmes for advanced or specialist training

Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussionsto Line Managers in line with company guidelines

Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructivefeedback to enhance performance

Works with Superior  in thepreparation and management of the Department’s budget
