§ Ensures allestablished par stocks are adhered to.

§ Assists the RegencyClub Manager in efficiently running the Regency Club according to the established concept statement providingcourteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

§ Works closely withHousekeeping and other related departments on daily operations.

§ Ensures that thecashiering and credit procedures are strictly adhered to
确保严格遵守收银及信用卡程序。
§ Ensures the replenishmentof Food and Beverage during breakfast and cocktail hours is being carried outaccordingly.

§ Organises and liaiseswith Housekeeping department to ensure that the established cleaning schedulesare strictly adhered to.

§ Maintains the RegencyClub Daily Log Book.

§ Submits all guest/ employeeincident reports.

§ Handles and reports“Lost and Found” items according to the established “Lost and Found” procedure.

§ Ensures all guestscheck-in and check-out are being handled according to the DepartmentalOperations Manual requirements.
