Primary Responsibilities主要职责 
·          
Measure and mark
cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
工程材料的测量和绘图，使用橡皮、铅笔、粉笔和线规尺。
·          
Study
specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project
layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
要求读懂设计图草图或建筑图，确认对尺寸和材料的要求。
·          
Build or repair
cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in
buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter's hand tools, and power tools.
制作或维修在建筑内使用的木制家具、柜子、门、订框、地板、手工或理工的工具。
·          
Erect scaffolding
and ladders for assembling structures above ground level.
在高空作业时使用脚手架和梯子。
·          
Remove damaged or
defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace.
将已损坏和缺陷的部分修缮或更换。
·          
Install structures
and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, or hardware, using
carpenter's hand and power tools.
手工或使用木工工具安装部件或加固，例如窗户，窗框，地板和装饰品或机器。
·          
Inspect ceiling or
floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or
damaged structures.
检查或拼接地砖墙面涂料、侧线、玻璃或木质结构，已经破坏或破损的部分。
·          
Maintain records,
document actions and present written progress reports to supervisor.
向木工主管提供施工进程报告，把做过的工作存档。
·          
Ensures all
function areas are kept clean and in proper condition to provide a safe working
environment for employees.
确保工作区内的整洁，为同事提供安全的工作环境。
·          
Ensures all
activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s
business objectives, and established safety and security standards. 
确保部门一切活动都公司的业务目标达成一致，保证安全生产。
·          
Propose talent
changes in assigned areas, including the hiring, promotion, demotion, and
vacations, leaves of absence and release of talent.
对人员调动包括聘用，提升，降职和人才的假期，旷工和节约提供意见。

Creates an
encouraging atmosphere that stimulates and motivates employees to acceptable
levels of turnover, absenteeism, and promotions.
