Job Purpose职责概述· To practice andmake recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement.
在节能方面进行执行和提出合理改良建议。
· To perform allother duties as may be assigned by DIR of ENG， Asst. DIR of ENG
执行工程总监、副总监安排的其它工作。
· To assist theother trades where is requested.
必要时帮助工程部其它工种组工作。
· To inspect all mechanical systems and make operation statusrecords as per inspection list to correct and report operation deficiency,unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer to feedback and makerecommendations to engineer for needs of system and plants modification,upgrading, methods of operation or repairs, etc. that could improve efficiencyand productivity.
对机械设备系统进行检查并按照设备检查单上的要求仔细记录更正错误，及时向工程师报告所发现的问题、异常现象和不安全隐患为提高工作效率和促进生产力，应不断向工程师进行信息反馈，在设备改良、技术升级和操作方式方法更新方面向工程师提出合理化建议。
· To maintain toolsand equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
保持维修工具、设备和工作区域的清洁。
· To perform shiftand overtime duties when necessary.
开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作。
· To perform dailywater treatment in accordance with water treatment specialist recommendation.
每日按照水处理规程的要求执行水处理工作。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· Goodknowledge and hand on skills of HVAC system operation, repair and maintenance
熟悉中央空调系统，掌握中央空调的操作规程和维修保养程序
· Knowledgeand skill of repair and maintenance of refrigeration system, cold room, etc.
精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作
· Knowledgeof absorption chiller operation and maintenance
熟练操作吸收式冷水机组并懂得如何进行维修保养
· Technicalvocational institute training in HVAC and refrigeration
在职业技术学校毕业受过中央空调和冷冻系统方面的培训
· Min3-5years working experience in HVAC system preferably with hotel
至少3-5年中央空调系统的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验者优先
· BasisMechanical & Electrical knowledge
掌握初级机械和电力方面的知识
· Skillof electrical & gas welding will be advantage
有水电焊技能者优先
· Skillof pipe work installation
有管道安装技术
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-45岁
