·           The Learning and Development Manager will co-ordinate the actions of the hotel leaders and team in the elements of the Talent Journey including but not limited to, Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Onboarding, Performance Management & Feedback, Learning & Development, Talent Potential Identification, Career Management, Culture Diversity & Inclusion, Policies & Procedures, Corporate Social Responsibility and Satisfaction & Engagement with the objective of providing business support to all departments through collaboration and coaching.

·           The Learning and Development Manager is to ensure that all members of the team are aware of the company mission, live the values and are consistent in their behavior to enable excellence in serving and anticipating guest needs.

·        Share the visionand strategy of AccorHotels, the brand and the hotel, giving everyone theopportunity to contribute, collaborate and innovate.
分享雅高酒店管理集团、品牌和酒店的愿景和策略，为每位同事提供贡献、合作和创新的机会。·        Deliver trainingon behavioral interviewing and selection to the heads of department and thoseresponsible for recruitment.
开展行为面试技巧的培训。
·        Identify highpotentials through vertical and laterally movements within existing talent byproviding recommendations for departmental transfer in accordance to theirskill set.
根据现有人才的技能，为人才内部调转提供意见和建议，通过纵向和横向的调动来识别高潜力人才。
·        Establishonboarding procedures which ensure new talent feel welcome and all team membersare prepared for the new talent arrival.
建立新人才的入职流程，确保所有新人才倍感欢迎，并且团队成员对于新同事的到来做好了迎接准备工作。
·        Co-ordinate andconduct orientation programs and three month training plans.
协调和入职培训安排和新人才3个月的培训计划。

·        College orabove, certificate or diploma in hospitality.
大学专科或以上学历，酒店服务专业证书。
·        3 years ofexperience in a similar field.
至少三年同类行业工作经验。
·        Knowledge andexperience of associated computer applications.
相关电脑软件知识与经验。
·        Fluent in theNative language and English.
普通话与英语流利。
·        With strong capability of communication,coordination and management 
具有较强的沟通、协调和管理能力
·        Familiar with the relevant labor laws，regulationsor policies of the national and the city. 
熟悉国家和地区的劳动法律法规和政策
