工作职责：
1. 全面负责洗衣房日常运营管理，包括布草收发、分类、洗涤、熨烫、折叠、质检及仓储等各环节的统筹与监督；
2. 制定并执行洗衣房操作规范、卫生标准及安全作业流程，确保符合酒店/医疗机构/养老机构等行业相关服务与感染控制要求；
3. 管理洗衣房设备运行与维护，定期组织保养与巡检，及时报修异常情况，保障设备安全高效运转；
4. 合理调配人员排班，指导并培训洗衣房员工规范操作，提升团队作业效率与服务质量；
5. 负责布草损耗统计、盘点及成本管控，定期分析运营数据，提出优化建议并落实改进措施；
6. 配合相关部门完成布草交接、应急加洗及特殊材质/污染织物的专业处理工作。
任职资格：
1. 具有3年及以上洗衣房或后勤服务类岗位管理工作经验，熟悉大型机构（如星级酒店、医院、养老中心等）布草洗涤全流程；
2. 具备基础设备操作与故障识别能力，了解洗涤剂性能、布草材质特性及消毒隔离相关常识；
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力、质量意识和安全责任意识，能严格执行标准化作业流程；
4. 身体健康，能适应轮班或阶段性加班安排，无传染性疾病等影响岗位履职的法定禁忌情形；
5. 遵守职业操守，尊重每一位劳动者，不因民族、性别、宗教信仰、年龄、健康状况等实施任何形式的歧视行为。
