工作职责：
1. 负责所辖楼层的日常运营管理，包括人员调度、服务监督与现场协调；
2. 组织落实楼层安全巡查、设施设备巡检及突发事件应急处置；
3. 监督商户履约情况，协助开展租户沟通、服务支持与基础运营问题协调；
4. 按要求完成经营数据统计、报表填报及上级交办的其他运营支持工作。
任职资格：
1. 具有3年及以上商业场所（如购物中心、百货、综合体等）基层管理或运营相关工作经验；
2. 持有高中及以上学历，具备基本办公软件操作能力与良好书面表达能力；
3. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、责任心和抗压能力，能适应轮班制工作安排；
4. 遵守国家法律法规，无违法犯罪记录，符合岗位所需的身体条件与职业操守要求。
