工作职责：
1. 负责厨房的日常运营管理，合理安排岗位人员工作，确保出餐效率与菜品质量符合菜系标准。
2. 协助厨师长制定菜单、成本控制方案及标准化操作流程，并监督执行落实。
3. 检查食材验收与储存情况，重点把控原料品质，确保食品安全与卫生合规。
4. 组织并参与特色菜品的研发与改良，保持菜系正宗风味与创新平衡。
5. 监督厨房设备使用与维护，落实安全生产规范，杜绝安全隐患。
6. 配合完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格：
1. 烹饪相关专业优先。
2. 具有1年以上餐饮行业厨房工作经验。
3. 掌握岗位操作规范，具备基础成本控制与菜品研发能力。
4. 具备良好的团队协作意识和沟通能力，责任心强，能适应快节奏餐饮环境。
5. 持有有效健康证明，遵守国家食品安全与劳动法律法规。
