工作职责：
1. 负责公司安全管理制度的制定、实施与监督，确保各项安全措施落实到位。
2. 组织开展日常安全巡查、隐患排查及应急演练，及时发现并整改安全隐患。
3. 协调处理安全事故，按照规定进行调查分析和报告，落实整改措施。
4. 对员工进行安全教育培训，提升全员安全意识和应急处置能力。
5. 与政府相关部门保持沟通，确保企业安全管理符合法律法规要求。
任职资格：
1. 高中及以上学历，具备3年以上安全管理工作经验。
2. 熟悉国家安全生产相关法律法规及企业安全管理流程。
3. 具备较强的风险识别、应急处理和组织协调能力。
4. 能够熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的文档编写与报告能力。
5. 工作责任心强，具有良好的职业操守和团队合作精神。
6.具有中级消防证。
