工作职责：
1. 负责门店日常运营管理工作，确保服务流程规范、高效运行。
2. 组织并监督当班期间各岗位人员的工作执行情况，协调解决突发问题。
3. 指导一线员工提升服务质量，处理客户投诉，维护良好的顾客体验。
4. 监控经营数据与成本控制，按时完成交接班记录及运营报表。
5. 执行公司各项规章制度，落实安全管理和卫生标准，保障运营合规。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，具备3年以上服务行业管理或相关岗位工作经验。
2. 具备较强的组织协调能力、应急处理能力和团队管理意识。
3. 熟悉门店运营管理流程，能适应轮班工作安排。
4. 具有良好的沟通表达能力和服务意识，能够承受一定工作压力。
5. 遵守国家法律法规，无不良从业记录，诚信正直。
