1.     Responsible for the opening or closingof the Health Club & Spa. All areas must be continually checked and anyproblems that occur dealt with.
负责健身俱乐部及水疗中心的开放或关闭。所有区域必须不断地检查和处理发生的任何问题。
2.     Will be responsible for settling up andkeeping the highest standards of service for all areas of the Gym, Pool andSpa.

3.     Responsible for the administration ofstaff schedules, the appointment system, billing systems and the booking andadministration of Programs and Private Membership.

4.     To prepare and present financial reportsto the Director of Service to show the achievements of the Health Club and Spabusiness.
向服务总监准备显示健康俱乐部和水疗中心业绩的财务报告。
5.     To organize scheduling to maximize useof time and profitability whilst ensuring that the client needs are of firstimportance.

6.     To communicate all messages promptly andkeep the Spa Supervisor informed as to any complaints.
及时沟通所有的信息，有任何投诉通知水疗主管。
7.     Will be responsible for overseeingprogressive, professional and well organized training induction and assessment,which will be properly recorded in the relevant areas for all staff, in liaisonwith the spa supervisor, reception manager head therapist and headaesthetician.
将负责监督对所有员工，水疗主管，接待经理，主管治疗师和审美学家。组
织进行先进、专业、良好的培训和评估,并将有关信息妥善记录。
8.     Will be responsible for overseeing stockcontrol of retail and stock items to include regular stock takes and placing oforders.

9.     Spearhead staff meeting on a regularbasis to keep the channels of communication open.

10.  Conduct appraisal, disciplinary andcoaching sessions with all staff when necessary.

11.  Create and maintain a written log of allvital information, including staff history training, purchasing and revenue.

12.  Will be responsible for the efficient upkeeping of client details and the compiling of an efficient database.

13.  To recognize the importance of “sales”in every aspect of their role and will be responsible for settling all salestargets.

14.  Oversee all conference, special eventand group bookings – create tailored packages, meet with group planners andsell the Health Club and Spa concept. Work with Sales team to capture groupsales and conference bookings.

15.  Will be responsible motivating theHealth Club and Spa staff on a day to day basis, encouraging retail sales andinforming the Spa Supervisor of any problems.
负责激励健康俱乐部和水疗中心的工作人员在每天的基础上，鼓励零售销售和有任何问题告知水疗主管。
16.  Will be responsible ensuring that thecleanliness of the entire Health Club and Spa is continuously maintained. Itshould be kept neat, tidy and in a sanitary manner in accordance with theHealth and Safety Standards.

17.  Will be expected to plan and executevarious wellness/beauty/fitness demonstrations as and when required.

18.  Responsible for advising the requiredstaff schedule levels in accordance with business demands.
负责根据业务需求，提供所需人员的日程安排标准。
19.  Will perform as a professional, with afriendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities asrequired by the position.

20.  To be adaptable and accountable for allactions.
