【岗位职责】

1、全面负责西厨房的日常运营管理工作，包括菜单设计、菜品研发、成本控制及质量控制；

2、制定并执行西厨房的工作流程和标准操作规范，确保食品安全及卫生符合酒店及行业标准；

3、监督厨房团队的工作表现，合理安排人员分工，提升团队效率与协作能力；

4、负责食材的采购计划与库存管理，优化成本结构，减少浪费；

5、定期组织厨房员工培训，提升团队专业技能与服务意识；

6、与其他部门密切配合，确保餐饮服务的顺利开展，满足客人的需求与期望；

7、及时处理厨房运营中的突发问题，并提出改进方案。

【岗位要求】

1、具备丰富的西餐烹饪经验，熟悉各类西餐菜系及烹饪技术；

2、优秀的厨房管理能力，能够高效组织并领导团队完成工作任务；

3、熟悉希尔顿集团FSAA审计标准，具备较强的成本控制意识；

4、良好的沟通协调能力，能够与其他部门顺畅合作；

5、具备创新意识，能够根据市场需求调整菜单及菜品；

6、能够在高压环境下工作，具备较强的应变能力；

7、有酒店或高端餐饮行业相关经验者优先。
