Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•	Flexibility in working hours and ensuring that all key job responsibilities can be completed.
•	 Must follow all local and internal hotel policies and regulations appropriate to the position.
•	Must maintain a discreet and orderly approach to work.
•	Review daily revenue data, support reports and vouchers and ensure that daily and monthly revenue report data is consistent with the PMS system.
•	Ensure all revenue is recorded and reported, ensure all gift vouchers or complimentary vouchers are controlled in accordance with policy, review all banqueting bills and senior meals to ensure all are authorized and signed and have a reasonable explanation.
•	Maintain a professional work ethic at all times.
•	Complete other tasks as assigned by the Finance Director and Finance Manager and Revenue Audit Manager in a timely manner.
•	灵活掌握工作时间，并确保能够完成所有主要工作职责。
•	必须遵循所有当地和酒店内部与该岗位相对应的政策法规。
•	必须保持谨慎有序的工作态度。
•	审核每日收入数据，支持报告和凭证，确保每日及每月收入报表数据与PMS系统一致。
•	确保所有收入被记录和报告，确保所有礼券或免费券根据政策得到控制，审核所有宴请账单及高职用餐，以确保所有被授权和签署并有合理的解释。
•	随时保持专业的工作状态。
•	及时完成财务总监和财务经理和收入审计经理指派的其他任务。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•	Relevant work experience required.
•	Proficiency in the operation of computers especially Microsoft applications and related computer applications is required.  
•	 A Bachelor's degree/college degree in a related field is preferred.
•	Excellent communication and organisational skills. 
•	Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
•	 Highly responsible and reliable.
•	 Ability to work as part of a coordinated team. 
•	Ability to focus on the needs of the guests and remain calm and courteous at all times.
