Primary Responsibilities主要职责：
•	To provide general administrative support to the Marketing Communications department
•	To handle all social media accounts and improve exposure performance, be sensitive on monitoring hotel risky exposures online
•	Assist E-commerce Manager to manage online channels, daily productions summary and brings out changes to improve 
•	To champion hotel live streaming, post-mortem in time and plan ahead, put forward practical suggestions
•	To handle monthly accruals under supervision of Director of Marketing Communications and Marketing Communications Managers
•	To coordinate and facilitate photography and filming opportunities, interview sessions and media events
•	To manage the department’s inventory, such as requisition for stationeries and corporate gifts for media
•	To provide the role as main liaison officer of Marketing Communications to internal departments, as well as hotel vendors
•	Other duties assigned
•	向市场传讯部提供基本行政工作支持
•	负责酒店新媒体账号运营，提升曝光，监控酒店在网络上舆情风险
•	协助电子商务经理管理线上销售平台，监控每周数据，优化运营策略
•	主导酒店线上直播，并做及时预判及复盘，提出优化建议
•	在部门总监和经理的要求下负责月度工作
•	配合协调拍摄、采访及媒体活动等事宜
•	负责部门资产，例如文具、礼品或媒体相关采购等
•	在部门内扮演主要的连络人员角色，并与相关第三方供应商保持顺畅沟通
•	其他分配的任务
