Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•	Responsible for the development and reservation of domestic tour groups or individual tourists, and the exploration of overseas tourism clients.
•	Familiar with the business characteristics of the tourism industry, assist the sales director in setting prices for high and low seasons.
•	Understand the industry market and the promotion and operation mode.
•	Ensure follow-up quality and efficiency, improve customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships.
•	Responsible for the construction and management of the travel agency to ensure the smooth development of its business.
•	Establish good cooperative relationships with various online channels, sign relevant cooperation agreements, regularly introduce product portfolios, service items, and promotional activities, etc.
•	Keep an eye on the dynamics of the tourism market, timely enter the system and update relevant content, and regularly produce analysis reports.
•	Familiar with the operational rules of various OTA platforms.
•	负责国内旅游团队或者散客的开拓与预定，做好境外游客户的开拓。
•	熟悉旅游行业业务特点，协助销售总监制定淡旺季价格。
•	了解同业市场，了解推广运营模式。
•	确保跟进质量和效率，提高客户满意度和维护客户良好关系。
•	负责旅行社的建设与管理，保证其业务的顺利开展。
•	与线上各渠道建立良好的合作关系，签署相关合作协议，定期介绍产品组合、服务项目及推广活动等。
•	关注旅游市场动态，及时录入系统、更新相关内容，定期制作分析报告。
•	熟悉OTA各平台的运营规则。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• Proficient in Opera S&M, Opera PM, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•	At least 1 year of work experience.
•	Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, rest days, workload allocation, and a mindset oriented towards handling additional tasks.
•	Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
•	Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Demonstrates teamwork, collaboration skills, developmental and representative skills.
•	Strong customer service skills.
