岗位职责：
Assist the supervisor of HC to implement and complete the training plan related to swimming pool .Consciously abide by labor discipline, obey work arrangement, have sense of responsibility and hard-working spirit.Responsible for the daily service of swimming pool.Ensure the safety of the swimming pool.
协助健身中心主管落实完成健身中心泳池相关培训工作计划。自觉遵守劳动纪律，服从工作安排，有责任感和吃苦耐劳的工作精神。负责健身中心泳池日常服务工作，保证泳池安全。
1. To ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area.
 对本酒店及地区的产品知识具备高度的认识。
2. To develop and maintain a high level of communication with major sources of business and advice the leader of feedback where necessary.
 发展并保持对主要业务来源的高水平沟通，并在必要的时候反馈给领导。
3. To advise the  leader of any changes or trends relating to business.
 将与业务有关的任何趋势变化及时告知领导。
4. To clean pool service area.
 清理泳池服务区。
5. To remove soiled slippers.
 更换用过的拖鞋。
6. To check changing room for cleanliness.
 检查更衣室是否清洁。
7. To replace used towels.
 更换用过的毛巾。
8. To check changing room supplies.
 检查更衣室内的客用品。
9. To surrender lost and found items to Housekeeping Office.
 将客人的遗留物品交到客房办公室。
10. To fill out attendant’s daily report.
 填写服务员每日报表。
11. To collect soiled linen.
 收集用过的浴巾。
12. Deliver high quality service to guests.
 提供优质对客服务。
13. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
 确保顾客需求和合理要求被满足。
14. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service.
 不断寻找机会发展对客服务。
15. Informing Health Club Supervisor of any potential danger, and taking remedial measures on dangerous situations timely. 
 向健身中心主管通报存在的潜在危险，及时对危险的情形采取补救措施。
16. Promote the hotel and Wanda products and services.
 促销酒店与希尔顿的产品和服务。
17. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
 保持对产品与服务的高度了解以便于向客人解释和销售服务与设施。
18. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures. 
 坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
19. Familiar with hotel security, first aid, fire, and emergency procedures, and be able to use the equipment appropriately.
 熟悉酒店安全，急救，消防，和紧急情况的处理程序，并能正确的使用相关的设备。
20. Combined with hotel management, taking appropriate action in case of emergency.
 配合酒店管理部门在紧急情况下采取行动。                                      21. To comply with all company policies relating to FC.
遵守所有公司关于健身中心的规定。
22. To comply with all systems and procedures, as laid down by the leader.
 遵守由领导制订的所有有关系统和操作流程的规定。
23. Quality of FC belongs to top priorities.
 将健身中心的工作质量永远放在首位。
24. BRAND STANDARDS have to be strictly followed.
 严格遵守品牌服务标准。
25. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
 如有必要 ，该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。
26. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

岗位要求：
1. Minimum Senior Middle School, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
 至少高中学历，良好的中英文读写能力。
2. Minimum 1 year experience in fitness center with international chain hotels.
 具有至少一年在国际连锁酒店的康体中心相关经验。
3. Need Lifeguard certificate.
 需要救生员证书。
4. Sound communication skills.
具有良好的沟通技巧。
5. With strong teamwork spirit.
拥有较强团队合作精神。
6. Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
能够适应较长时间的体力劳动。
7. Able to work under great physical and mental pressures.
能够在较大的体力和精神压力下工作。
8. Have basic life saving skill.
掌握基本救生技能。
9. Good eyesight.
视力好。
