Ensures Learning and Development documents areproperly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
协助并确保所有员工设施维护的标准化，比如：进修发展部教室。
Assists in ensuring all associate facilities aremaintained within standards, i.e. learning and Development Rooms.
协助制定年度进修发展部计划，确保进修发展部目标完全符合酒店经营目标和员工的进修发展部需求。
Assists in the preparation of the annual Learningand Development Plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the businessobjectives of the Hotel and the Learning and Development needs of the associates.
协助进修发展部经理收集所有进修发展部课程的出勤记录表。
Assists the Assistant Manager – Learning andDevelopment in compiling Learning and Development attendance confirmation listsfor all Learning and Development courses.
协助员工奖励项目的协调工作。

Assists in the compilation, implementation andupkeep of the following associate communications – Monthly HR Activity Schedule, Associate Notice Boards, and Television Communication.

Assists in coordinating of inter-departmental social activities and associate award presentations.
