Maintain close and positive cooperation with clients and partners, actively identify and follow up on client needs, understand sales leads, and achieve sales performance targets;

Responsible for developing new clients and expanding channels, exploring potential client resources, establishing a client information database, achieving client development targets, and managing client information;

Prepare and revise quotations and contracts, and promote business documents and sales memos;
编写、修改报价书和合同，推销文书及销售备忘录；
Actively promote and market hotel products, facilities, and services, and achieve seasonal product sales goals;
积极宣传和推广酒店产品设施和服务，完成季节性产品销售目标；
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed, ensuring the accuracy of market and client information to facilitate workflow. Actively participate in sales training, comply with hotel policies and procedures, adhere to all information security policies, and assist in completing other tasks assigned by superiors;
根据需要准备每周，月度，季度和年度报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性，以便于工作的跟进。积极参与销售培训，遵循酒店政策和流程，遵循所有信息安全政策，协助并积极完成上级领导安排的其他任务；
Systematically and effectively visit existing and potential clients within the assigned scope, consolidate the findings and opportunities into reports, and submit them to the Vice President of Sales;
系统而有效地拜访现有和潜在的范围之内的客户，把所得的发现和机会整合成报表并上交给销售副总监；
Possess excellent leadership skills and assist superiors in problem-solving.
具备优秀的领导能力，可协助上级领导解决问题。
