工作职责：
1. Be responsible for daily maintenance and regular crystallization treatment of stone floors in hotel public areas （lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms, etc.） to ensure the floors are clean and bright.
负责酒店公共区域（大堂、走廊、电梯、洗手间等）石材地面的日常保养与定期结晶处理，确保地面光洁明亮。

2. Use professional equipment （scrubber, polisher, wet－dry vacuum cleaner, etc.） to clean, remove stains and maintain carpets, sofas and wall surfaces, keeping them clean and well－conditioned.
使用专业设备（洗地机、抛光机、吸尘吸水机等）对地毯、沙发、墙面进行清洗、除渍及养护，保持其整洁如新。

3. Carry out grinding, renovation, repair and crystal surface treatment on hard surfaces in the hotel （such as marble, granite, ceramic tiles, etc.） to extend the service life of materials.
对酒店内的硬质表面（如大理石、花岗岩、瓷砖等）进行打磨、翻新、修补及晶面处理，延长材质使用寿命。

4. Regularly inspect the condition of facilities and equipment in public areas. Report damage, stains or potential safety hazards in a timely manner and assist with follow－up handling.
定期检查公共区域设施设备的完好状态，发现破损、污渍或安全隐患及时上报并协助处理。

5. Operate and store all types of cleaning equipment and chemical agents correctly in accordance with standard procedures, and complete routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
正确操作和保管各类清洁设备及化学药剂，按规范流程使用，做好设备的日常维护与保养。

6. Cooperate with the department to complete ad－hoc cleaning tasks （e.g., floor treatment after banquet hall setup, emergency stain removal, etc.） to guarantee the overall environmental quality of the hotel.
配合部门完成临时性清洁任务（如宴会厅布置后的地面处理、突发污渍清理等），保障酒店整体环境品质。

7. Strictly comply with the hotel’s sanitation standards and operating specifications, keep work records, and ensure all cleaning work meets quality inspection requirements.
严格执行酒店卫生标准和操作规范，做好工作记录，确保各项清洁工作达到质量检查要求。

任职资格：
1. Prior experience as a PA technician in a hotel is preferred.
有酒店 PA 技工经验者优先考虑。

2. Familiar with the operation of various cleaning equipment （e.g., polisher, scrubber, wet－dry vacuum cleaner, etc.）.
熟悉各类清洁设备的操作（如抛光机、洗地机、吸水机等）。

3. Have knowledge of cleaning and maintenance for common materials such as stone, carpets and tiles, and master basic proportioning and safe usage specifications of chemical agents.
了解常见石材、地毯、瓷砖等材质的清洁养护知识，掌握基本的化学药剂配比与安全使用规范。

4. Work carefully and meticulously with a strong sense of responsibility, be hard－working, and able to adapt to hotel shift schedules （including night shifts or rotating shifts）.
工作认真细致，责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，适应酒店排班工作制（含夜班或轮班）
