工作职责:
Digital Budget Management and Execution
✓ Allocate hotel-level digital budgets across online channels (Digital Direct, Brand Store, domestic
& international OTAs).
✓ Create and maintain digital calendars including national campaigns (618, Double 11, Chinese New
Year, etc.).
✓ Align campaign planning with regional initiatives and hotel Commercial goals.
Campaign / Product Management
✓ Execute regional & Hotel level leisure transient/ lower funnel campaigns (e.g., Online Flash Sales ,
618, Double 11, Livestreams, etc.)
✓ Design voucher products based on hotel leisure strategy, target audience, channel positioning and
commercial / campaign goals.
✓ Manage voucher product lifecycle: application, conversion-driven content creation , publishing,
inventory control.
✓ Collaborate with regional teams to ensure online campaign alignment and maximize hotel level
exposure & revenue performance.
任职资格:
✓ Bachelor’s degree and above.
✓ Passion for the hospitality industry, and Customer-centric mindset.
✓ A minimum of 3 years of experience in OTA, Marketing, Distribution, Ecommerce Related industry
✓ Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
✓ Demonstrates sharp digital potential and strong market acumen, and motivated to explore
emerging digital commerce opportunities
✓ Fluent written and spoken English are preferred
