岗位职责
1.全面负责酒店餐饮厨房的管理工作；
2.指导并监督厨房全体工作人员，控制设施使用及成本，提升效益；
3.每日对所接收货物的质量与数量进行核查，确保符合使用标准；
4.对厨房出品的质量负责，并确保菜品满足既定标准；
5.洞察宾客需求，策划并设计菜单，及时开发满足需求的餐饮产品。
岗位要求:
1.年龄范围在28至45岁之间，高中或以上学历，略懂电脑操作。
2.两年以上四星级酒店中厨厨师长的工作经验，精通粤菜制作及具备宴会接待的专业技能。
3.对厨房运作管理及成本控制技巧有深入理解，掌握成本核算技能。
