1、负责厨房指定工作区域的日常运营管理,确保食品出品质量符合酒店标准
2、监督并指导厨师团队按照标准操作流程进行食品准备、烹饪和装盘
3、定期检查厨房设备运行状况,确保工作区域整洁卫生并符合食品安全规范
4、协助厨师长制定菜单、控制食品成本及管理库存
5、培训新入职厨师,提升团队专业技能和服务意识
6、及时处理厨房运营中的突发问题,确保餐饮服务顺利进行
