Dutiesand Responsibilities 工作职责

To function as the ChineseRestaurant Manager and a Marketing Specialist for theOutlet, to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with thestandard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
中餐厅经理为餐厅的生意经理人和市场分析专家，需根据酒店标准确保餐厅的成功运营并盈利。
· Assiststo ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respectivecorporate strategy, and that the hotel actions have been implemented whereappropriate.
协助确保所有的餐饮活动都符合集团策略，并同时执行酒店的活动
· Overseesthe preparation and update of individual departmental operations manuals.
监督部门营运手册的准备和更新
· Conducts regulardivisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings andmeetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
主持日常部门沟通会议，确保例会有效率的进行
· Ensuresthat all guest and associatesdeliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
确保所有员工向所有客人及其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务
· Ensuresthat associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in otherdepartments as appropriate.
迅速及时处理所有客人包括内部客人的投诉以及询问，并确保所有的问题都被成功解决并让客人满意
· Maintainspositive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
保持良好的与客人、员工间的互动及合作
· Establishesa rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
与客人建立良好的宾客关系
· Personallyand frequently verifies that guests in the Outlet are receiving the bestpossible service.
确保客人在餐厅获得的是尽可能最好的服务
·  Spendstime in the Outlet (during peak periods) to ensure that the Outlet is managedwell by the respective associates and functions to the fullest expectations.
花时间在餐厅（尤其是高峰期），确保餐厅的管理和营运是良好的，并且达到客人的期待
