JOB OVERVIEW职位概述
•To initial and assist in maintaining an effective communication between the department, staff, guest if needed and other departments.
协助建立高效沟通系统,保证本部门,员工,与客人和与其它部门沟通的顺畅。
•To control and maintain engineering spare parts level, all engineering tools, & to establish contact and standards with suppliers, venders in providing possible best service available.
为了控制和保持工程部备用零件标准及所有工程部工具,按标准备要求与供应商建立联系,联络服务尽可能好的供应商。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
•To assist Director of Engineering with the management and administration of the department.
协助工程总监进行日常管理工作和行政工作。
•Report the regular work to Director of Engineering.
向工程总监汇报工作
•Assist the engineers in establishing and posting of work schedule.
协助工程师建立和安排工作计划。
•To establish contact with local authorities, and be familiarize with codes and practices pertaining to engineering.
与本地权威部门建立良好关系,熟悉与工程部相关的法律和法规。
•To assist and follow up with purchasing department in parts & materials sourcing, ordering, negotiating, and expediting order.
与采购部协作和落实零件和材料来源,订货,协商价格和 催货。
•To prepare and submit purchase requisition. To follow up with purchasing department regarding the status of purchase & delivery.
准备和提交采购单。询问采购部关于物品采购和运送情况。
•To receive and inspect the quality and quantity of the goods delivered against the purchase requisition together with receiving clerk and engineer.
与收货部员工和工程师一起按照采购单内容检查和核对采购物品的数量和质量。
•To maintain an accurate, up to date, current and organized systematic filing system for work orders, memo and letters, correspondence, manuals, etc.
将申请维修单,文件和信件,沟通材料和操作手册按系统分类整理,保证以上物品及时更新和准确。
•Responsible for the procurement and inventory control which include ordering, receiving, issuing, returns, labeling, and maintaining up to date inventory records of parts & materials.
负责申请采购和控制备品,包括订购,收货,发货,返仓,分类,维护以及控制备品数量。
•To adhere to all the established polices, procedures and regulations in particular the fire safety
在防火安全方面必须按照已有标准,程序和规定执行。
•Responsible for tool crib operations, which include procurement, inventory control, issuance, returns identifications and maintenance.
负责工具箱的运转,包括申请使用,备品控制,发放,归还确认和维护。
•Coordinate with all engineers in determining parts/ tools requirement, including technical specifications & quantity.
与工程师协调决定零件/工具需求量,包括规格和数量。
•To develop and maintain an inventory control system using bin cards, inventory records, organizes and categorizes storage, minimum / maximum levels.
通过卡片,存货记录,组织和分类存放,最低和最高存货量来进行控制。
•Insures quality standards for all items purchased.
严格把关全部购买货物的质量标准。
•Maintain vendors’ list and constantly re-evaluated based on price and performance criteria.
保留供货商的名单并经常核对价格和标准。
•Take physical inventory once a month and generates variance reports and determining needed modifications to control procedures.
每月清点一次存货,并填写报告以及决定适当修改存货控制程序。
•Determine annual usage of items for the purpose of negotiation quantity discounts and modifying inventory levels.
决定年度用货数量以便和供货商协商价格并修改存货水平。
•Issue requisitions in accordance with established procedures.
按照标准程序填写采购申请表。
•Coordinates product testing and evaluation studies.
协调产品适用和评估。
•Communicate & follow up the status of order / delivery to concerned parties in a timely manner.
与采购部门及时沟通和落实物品采购情况。
•Research acceptable substitutions of materials for taking advantages of improvements in prices, methods, performance, deliveries, and to address obsolescence.
通过价格比较价格,根据工作方式方法的不断改善和运输条件,库管员应不断寻求和定购最适宜的物品和材料,同时提请将不适宜物品的材料作报废处理。
•Maintain an up to date source catalog library.
掌管保存全部零部件数据库及说明书。
•Perform other duties as may request by Director of Engineering.
按照工程总监要求完成其它工作。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
•Min 2 years working experience in hospitality industry, preferably with engineering background.
至少2年服务行业工作经验,最好有工程技术方面的工作经验。
•Basis knowledge of mechanical & electrical engineering and its associated parts, maintenance materials etc.
具有基础机械和电工知识和有关零件的维护保养技能。
•Basis knowledge of building maintenance materials.
具有基础装璜材料知识。
•Skill to use Microsoft office programs-excel, words.
具有适用软件技能-excel, words.
•Good communication skills in both Chinese and English will be advantage.
具有良好的沟通能力。懂英文者优先。
•Full understanding of hotel engineering operation.
全面了解饭店工程部运作。
•Knowledge of PC and office application software.
熟练使用电脑和相关软件。
•Ability to communicate in both oral & written English.
具备英语听说和书写能力。
•Good administrative skill.
良好的行政管理技能。
•Diploma in engineering background prefers.
