  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
  •  Assisting manager in the outlet’soperation. 协助经理部门的运转
  • Associate duty roster and stationplan. 安排部门排班表和工作区域分工
  • Handling of guests complains.处理客人投诉
  • Checking on associate discipline,grooming standards and punctuality and that all leave and sick leave requestsare handed to the Restaurant manager. 检查相关的部门纪律和员工的仪容仪表和准时上班,所有事假和病假的要求都要通过餐厅经理
  • Checking of guests’ satisfactionand proper handling of feedback and follow-up.检查客人的满意度和处理适当的客人反馈及跟踪到底
  • To update and disseminaterelevant information to associates.更新和传达相关信息给员工
  • To comply with any reasonablerequest made by the Manager or Food and Beverage Director. 完成经理和餐饮总监的合理要求。
  • To supervise the service withinthe restaurant, to ensure that the service standards, quality of product , andalso to give training and guidance. 监督餐厅的服务工作,保证服务标准、产品质量和给予培训的指导
  • To ensure that the Hostess staffperform all duties as are required, that the front reception area of therestaurant is neat and tidy. And that the reservation book is properlymaintained.保证迎宾员按照要求迎宾,餐厅前台接待区域干净整洁,正确记录预定信息。
  • To assist the restaurant managerwith the restaurant guest recognition program.协助经理认知客人。
  • Ensure that all Buffet set-upsare correct, fresh and appealing, and to ensure that all set ups are as per thestandards outlined in the operating policy and as required by the ExecutiveChef.确保所有的自助餐摆台正确,新鲜、诱人,并保证所有的摆台都符合经营方针的标准和行政总厨的要求。
  • To assist the restaurant managerin spot checks of the restaurant, to ensure cleanliness of the operation at alltimes.协助餐厅经理检查餐厅,保证经营过程的清洁、干净。
  • To assist the restaurant managerin spot checks of the restaurant to ensure that all repairs and maintenance hasbeen carried out, reporting any new areas that need attention. And ensuringfollows up within a time frame of 14 days.协助餐厅经理检查餐厅,保证所有的修补和维护都已经进行,汇报需要维修的地方,并保证在14天之内跟踪完成。
  • To ensure that all menus areclean, neat and tidy, free from marks and dirt, stains or watermarks. Replacingany menu with a new one as is required.保证所有菜单都干净、整洁、美观,没有痕迹、污渍和水印。更换所有应该更换的菜单。
  • To assist during the serviceperiods with actual service to the guest during periods of high business.在营业高峰时间,协助为客人服务。
  • To assist the restaurant managerat all times, ensuring a high level of co-operation at all times.协助餐厅经理,保证餐厅随时都能很好的合作。
  • Ensure prompt and courteousservice at all times, and ensure that all guest enquiries are deal with at alltimes.提供快速礼貌的服务,保证所有客人的要求都得到满足。
  • Greet and escort guests to theirtable during high business periods, to ensure guests are seated quickly and notwaiting at the entrance.在营业高峰时期,欢迎客人并为客人领座,保证客人快速入座,不要让客人在门口长时间等待。
  • Ensure that all staff is at theirassigned stations, and that works assignments have been issued and understood.确保所有的员工都在指定的岗位,指定的岗位清楚明确。
  • When presenting menus to guestsor answering guest questions as to the menu content, the person must be fullyaware of all menu items and services that are offered, and be able to explainthem accordingly.当递给客人菜单或回答跟菜单有关的问题时,必须完全明白菜单上的项目和提供的服务,并能够相应的解释它们。
  • Supervise functions监督营运情况
  • UTD and Roster假期和排班表
  • Keeping track of outlet’s operatingcutleries and crockery to ensure par level for smooth operation.确保餐厅运作的餐具和瓷器使用正常
  • Requisition of items, which need tobe replenished due to breakages or replacement.申请餐具物品为及时补充破损数量和填补空缺
  • Responsible for raisingstewarding/dry store requisition form.负责增加管事和仓库储存申请表
  • Monthly stock take of both thestewarding equipment and dry store par, with reference to checklists issued bythe stewarding department and cost control respectively.月度储存管事用品及仓库储存物品清单都要分别发给提及到的管事部的成本部
  • Responsible for the maintenance ofall operating equipment and properties in the outlet.负责餐厅所有运作资产物品的维护
  • Liaise with engineering departmentfor repair status and for collection of repaired items.负责与工程部联系, 跟办维修情况和收集维修项目
  • Checking of void checks against dailyvoid check report to ensure that all void checks are accounted for.根据每日作废的支票项目报表检查作废的支票项目, 确保所有单据都有说明原因
  • Submission of void checks report andvoid checks together with daily media.使用电子板提交作废的支票报表及作废的支票一起


QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求

  • Complete Tertiary education. 1 to 2 years workingexperience in a similar capacity with international chain hotel. Speak fluentEnglish. Excellent Customer relation, problems solving and time managementskills. 

高等教育学历,一到两年在国际连锁酒店同等职位的工作经验。可熟练地运用英语对话。优秀的客户关系, 拥有处理问题和时间管理经验。
