JOB OVERVIEW职位概述

As our Hotel's Gift Sales Associate, you will be the main point of contact between our hotel and the guests. You will be responsible for selling a variety of hotel gifts and souvenirs while providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards and satisfaction of the customer experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized shopping suggestions.

Be familiar with the features, prices, and inventory of all products to ensure accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the boutique, ensuring product displays are attractive to customers.

Handle customer purchases, packaging, and delivery to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Participate in inventory management and stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy.

Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and customer service standards.
